Morgan is professional, efficient and practical. She always thinks ahead of you and points out things that need your attention while skipping bullshits that do not make sense. She caters to your time schedule and shows up fast and on time. Being on a home tour with Morgan is pleasing. She notes all goods and bads for the property. A lot of them are vital but impossible for a buyer notice. She favors simple but effective strategy for bidding on a home. My 2nd bid won in such a competitive market penetrated by cash offers. I know that the friend who refers Morgan won on his first bid. Work with Morgan and you are already one foot in your dream home.

Morgan was extremely helpful at every step of the way in the buying process - from learning about available properties and providing clear and helpful information at each step of the way to providing us with suggestions and locations most suited to our needs and fully helping us all the way to closing. Because of her method of working, we found our ideal place immediately, even though we were there for a short period of time. We had a small hiccup with an appliance leak during closing (dealt with by the seller insurance) and Morgan was there to provide the best suggestions on what to do next, ensuring we stay protected, always looking one step ahead, and so despite this little issue, everything was sorted out and also closing wasn't substantially delayed. Morgan is very experienced in the market, having lived and worked in the Seattle area for many years. She has a vast knowledge of the market, and can provide suggestions for everything you wish to know about your property, looking into the future too, since a house is also an investment. At each step, Morgan proved an indispensable part in the realtor-broker-originator-title team that the buyer gets to work with so much during this stressful period. When we sell or buy again in the future, we will most certainly look for her again.

we had a lot of constraints in finding our home - we wanted it to be much bigger than our current home, we wanted a big yard and within the same school boundary. We also needed place to create a sports court. She quickly figured what we wanted and helped us narrow down the options. She also eliminated options that wouldn't work for us based on a quick understanding of our expectations- for example, a rural fixer upper wasn't our thing:) We relied on her expertise with construction quality, materials and repairs needed. She was spot on with her judgment in these aspects. She steered us from homes that wouldn't work for us based on repairs needed or the impracticality of the layout. When we found our dream home, she was quick to put in an offer. She spent a full day negotiating with the sellers and their agent and finally locked the deal for us. But for her, this would have gone into a bidding war. She also helped with inspection and further follow ups till the date of closing. To summarize, we could trust Morgan to take the right calls as a family member would take and do what is best for us. With Morgan, we not only found a great real estate professional, but also a good family friend:)

Looking for a home on acreage was what I thought I wanted, but as it turned out, I just wanted to be in a more rural area with more space between homes. Morgan quickly sold my home in a suburban development for a lot more than I paid, and found a newer home next to acreage. I now have the spaciousness of open land without being responsible for tending it.

I've been looking for my home for 4 years, in that time I've dealt with quite a few real estate agents. I met Morgan at a home she was showing. The home was impeccable. She baked fresh cookies, put out refreshments. Even though the home was empty she made it feel like a home. She sold the home in 3 days at $80,000 over asking. I noticed she was different from the other agents I'd dealt with in the past. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and informative. If I had to simply sum it up, she was really helpful and I could tell that she really cared. I thought to myself this is who I want to walk me through the process of buying my home. I asked her for her card, and she told me that she also refunded 1.5% of the purchase price of a home. That in itself is pretty incredible. I used the credit towards my closing costs. I was able to buy down the rate on my mortgage and I won't be paying property tax for another 6 months! She has a really great team, and she picks up the phone any time of day. I've never met an agent of her caliber, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Being newbies into house hunting; we entered the market with an investment property in mind. Morgan was introduced to us via our friends and during following months we had established a routine of looking at various properties. Morgan took time to transform our thoughts of what we were in market for to what we actually wanted. This home buying process is a huge process and Morgan helped us with smooth transition.
