I wanted to add a dormer on the second level of my house. The scope of the project was overwhelming to me and I didn't know where to start looking for an honest, reliable contractor. My friend recommended Kellogg Construction and I met with it's owner, Chad Kellogg. He submitted a detailed project estimate and while his wasn't the lowest bid of the three I received, I was impressed with his assessment of my proposed plans, as well as with the fact that he guarantees his company's work for life. My remodel lasted from January-April 2009. During that time, I grew to really trust and appreciate Chad and his team. Always friendly and professional, they performed quality work on-time and on-budget. I was so impressed with the results that I've recommended Kellogg Construction to several friends and acquaintances. In fact, Chad told me he's built his business strictly by word of mouth - in my opinion another great testament to the wonderful work he delivers. Lastly, I want to add that Kellogg Construction is committed to green building - which I appreciate - and would recommend eco-friendly materials when they were quality and price comparable.
