Dan was great. He was extremely prompt in contacting me and showing up for both a work estimate and the job itself. He worked efficiently, and as far as I can tell, he did a great job on the install. One unfortunate thing was that his assistant stood him up that day, but I don't remotely hold that against Dan, since it was the week between Christmas and New Year's, and it wasn't Dan's fault.
