This was a nightmare and they have not remunerated me a dime even though they said they would return $900. I could see that they had not entered the site because after 30 days the web hosting service asked for us to change the password. After doing this I forgot to pass the new password on to Kaiso but they continued for 3 months to charge me for monthly maintenance. They never placed a video on the site and they could not have entered the site without the password so there was no question that they didn't do a thing monthly. I have since closed this online store - I feel due to the dishonesty and underhanded techniques of the company. I am still attempting to get some of this money back with no progress at all and I have to hire a lawyer besides. This is despicable.
Description of Work: He was contracted to market my website online and to place a video on the home page to attract google attention. The charges continued monthly for maintaining the site monthly.
