AWFUL!!!! We ordered two granite countertops with them and we went there asking for a competitive price, since we were in the other shops and had about the same price range. They lured us in with a nice low price, we talked about us removing our old countertop (not them to save money), putting plywood down and they come and do the delivery/install. We were just trying to schedule our install and now find out that they made a small note somewhere on the invoice that the install is not included in the price. We got a quote on a written down piece of paper and agreed on a price that includes ALL simply not the removal and plywood. Turns out that she made a note in the invoice (which we didn't read through it, stupid of us to trust them) and now we have two slabs hanging somewhere in Sodo with no means to get them to our place. Now it turns out that oh if you want that installed, we have to charge you more money!? What is going on? She claims she remembers our conversation and we do as well and she even asked if we had power and water at our place, so they can cut on site! Now all of a sudden the quote didn't include installation? I don't even know what to say anymore, this is a huge joke! We were just on the phone for half an hour and she was yelling at us for all being our fault! We even offered to meet in the middle and split the installation cost, even though they tricked us and there is no budging on her end and she hung up on us!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Came at their own time.
Made me buy their Lunch after asking me to go get a water plug/cap in they pretext that they  will use it  and never used.
Brought pre cut and unfinished/not properly polished/ granite and placed it on top of my new floor causing dent/scratches.
Brought granite with different grains and will not agree that it is different..( Later I had to go down to their showroom to show the pictures and then they changed it after 3 weeks with poorly polished pieces.{.started to reason that they can't polish as good as factory polished).
After laying the counter top never cared to clean it..
Looked like they were in a hurry and what a lousy job.!!

They do not stand behind their work or products.

The quality of the workmanship was very poor.  Examples include.

1. The Board over the kitchen sink was measured incorrectly.

2. The installer left dents and hammer marks on multiple cabinets and shelves.

3. Cabinet doors are improperly painted in grooves.

4. Opening for the dishwasher was not correctly measured. There is should be an extra 1/8? gap in the width for proper installation. There was no gap.

5. The cabinet door was improperly installed next to the stove. It hits the refrigerator when opened.

6. Over half of the cabinets did not have felt door stops.

As homeowners, we fixed the following workmanship issues after the installers finished.

1. Painted cabinets scratched by installers.

2. Re-caulked sink because the caulk used by the installers started to disintegrate.

3. Caulked the granite backsplash as the installers refused to do so.

4. Sealed the granite countertops.

5. Fixed nails that were sticking out of cabinets. We gently tapped in the nails and purchased special putty to cover.

In addition, we had to watch over the installers because they did not know whatthey were doing per the following:

1. Measuring and installing baseboards,

2. Mismatched cabinet heights, and

3. Installing trim.

After installation KT offered a small financial settlement rather than fix the above problems. We are unhappy with the work performed and would never use this company again. After spending the money on a new kitchen, people normally take great pride in their new kitchen. Not for us after dealing with KT.

They were professional and did a fantastic job!
