Showed up on time with the right amount of manpower to do the job. Scheduled return trips to haul junk as we needed them.

Junk Boys are prompt and professional, as well as personable and easy to work with. They weigh your load on the truck, so there are no surprises about dump fees or amount. They work quickly, are very careful with your property - no plant breakage, no muddy footprints, no mess left behind. They are flexible and worked with me to sort out some surprising and quot;still goodand quot; items found in the trash pile. The cost was just as described to me on the phone. I always look forward to their arrival!

Went well. There is a scale in their truck so they can be accurate about how much they will pay in dumping fees and what they will charge. They were very hard workers.

They are good communicators, they were prompt at getting back to me. They did exactly what they said they would do and they left the area really clean. I've used them a couple of times when cleaning out major things in the house. They are good, reliable and do what they say they are going to do.

Junk Boys did a good job at a good price.

I called the Junk Boys on Saturday but they were not open on the weekend. On Monday morning they promptly called me back and made arrangements to pick up the junk the next day. Bright and early at 8 AM Tuesday morning they called asking if they could come over for the pick up. Ten minuets later they were at my house and had everything loaded up and done! They even took some extra trash cluttering up our porch. They did a great job!

I called on a Monday. There standard minimum charge is $160 which is good for up to 1000 lbs. I had a lot less than that. The woman on the phone said that they could give me a cheaper rate if they were going to be in the area. She said she needed to get in touch with someone in the field to check schedule and get back to me. She called back within a half hour. She said they could pick it up the next day, and quoted me a base price and a charge per weight which was $5 for each 100 lb. She didn't give a specific time since I did not need to be home. I gave her a my credit card info over the phone. The next day the junk was gone when I got home from work and they called to give me the final price. No surprises.
