Jonathan did a great job for us. The doors and openers he recommended are of excellent quality. He did not try to talk us into higher-cost options when they were not necessary or desirable. During these times, you cannot solve the supply chain problem but at least you can hire someone who will do a perfect job once the inventory arrived. I chose this company based on the reviews. Jonathan was responsive, efficient, reasonably priced, thorough, and knowledgeable. He replaced my worn out old garage door opener with a new one that has battery backup, which is an important safety feature because my door is too heavy for me to lift manually during a power outage. He needed to come out only one time: I gave him the information about the size and type of door over the phone, and he provided the estimate by email. I was able to schedule installation right away. He clearly takes pride in his work and his business, has years of experience, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

The best garage door contractor in Puget sound area! Jonathon is very honest, professional, and hardworking. No over-charge, no hidden fees. He did his best to find the best solution for the house without sacrificing the job quality. It was a great experience, and he was very proficient. Everything is done on time and on schedule. Jonathan was the only one of four Angie's List recommendations who responded immediately, that he could install my custom new pretty garage door I had ordered through Etsy, to replace my 71 year old single wide one piece garage door. (Precision Door Service arrogantly replied they only installed their own garage doors.) Jonathan was lots of fun and a total master of garage door installations, having been in the business for years. I LOVED him, particularly when I learned he grew up in Cowlitz County, where I did, too. He and his helper worked tirelessly through the late July heat without complaint, until the job was complete to perfection! Nobody Could be better than Jonathan. I feel so lucky to have found him.
