Everything went smoothly. We got on their schedule for a couple months out. With the seasonal weather being worse than normal, we weren't able to pin down an exact date right away, but Dave stayed in regular contact to keep us apprised of the schedule. The work went efficiently and the crew kept the area clean. The roof looks great!

The overall quality of work was fine. They put the roof on and they did a nice job. They put the skylights in and did a nice job on that. They tore the roof off and put tar paper down. It rained that night and the tar paper leaked. It wasn't around the skylight, but it was the roof itself. After the tar paper got lifted somewhat by the wind and the rain, it leaked a little bit and caused a dark spot in my family room or living room, on the ceiling inside. It wasn't major and I don't think that it was something that they planned on. But that's what happened. I didn't make an issue out of it. I just repainted the roof. It dried out and I repainted the roof. It's not leaking now. It has been about a year doing just fine. They cleaned things up and did a nice job otherwise. I called around and they were the least expensive of any bid I got. They did what they said they would do. They were professional.
