Quite simply, Johnny was awesome.
We had a leak coming from our roof deck that was running through our living room ceiling, pretty badly. Luckily we caught it immediately and Johnny happened to be working on our neighbor's house at the time. He happily came by to take a look and was able to trace the source to the drain in our roof deck. He secured the drain, and caulked in multiple other spots to ensure the leak stopped.
Once we were sure the leak was fixed, he spackled the spot on our ceiling where the water came through and offered to pick up new paint for us as well. He has yet to charge us and has followed up routinely to ensure everything is fine, despite the fact that he broke his foot no longer after coming to our place.
We will definitely be calling Johnny the next time we need handy work done.
