John was wonderful to work with. He was very thought out of the project and we discussed several angles of how the job would go. He put in quality materials, was mindful of my schedule and I had complete confidence in his skill-set. John had to deconstruct part of the original ceiling, add more support where it had been compromised (one of the original joists had a huge knot and was about ready to fall apart). He installed drywall, mudded and taped, texturized and painted. He also built a ladder for access to the loft.
