+ -1 morePeck bid the and won the contract to paint our condo building. 2 days after work began he came to us for more money, saying he'd underbid the job. At this point, the building was partially sanded and looked terrible. Because, it was the height of the painting season (August), and we couldn't find anyone to come in and get the job done until Fall, we gave into his demand for more money. A few days later he AGAIN asked for more money and became verbally abusive when we balked. Peck then walked off the job for good, leaving us with a partially sanded, unpainted building. We later found out that he hadn't paid the fellows who were working for him. John Peck is the worst painting contractor ever.
Description of Work: Peck sanded the exterior of our condo building and did a poor job of it before walking off the job entirely.
