Having John as our agent was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and house design and construction. He was so patient with us through our indecisiveness and taking a long time to figure out what we wanted. When we finally found the house that was perfect for us, the real work started. It was a short sale situation, a home that the owner is trying to sell prior to foreclosure. Many Realtors wouldn't touch this type of sale with a 10-foot pole because of the amount of time required and hoops to jump through prior-to and during closing. John took this all on with gusto. He represented us very well and kept us informed and calm during the whole thing. I couldn't be happier with his work and would hire him again in second.
