Joe was great!  He arrived exactly on time and went right to work replacing my leaky bathroom faucet.  He also adjusted the toilet flow.  He was nice enough to take a look at my emergency shut-off at the street after he was already off the clock.  I thought his prices were reasonable and would definitely use him again.

Joe has been here at least 5 times, installed toilet, kitchen sink/garbage disposal and cleared bathtub backup 3 times when I foolishly shoved too much in the garbage disposal. Pricing always reasonable. Absolutely would have him back again.

Joe was great!  He called to let me know he was delayed a bit, and when he showed up, he was fast, efficient, and professional.  He helped me find the shutoff for my house, capped the pipe really quickly, and tried to save me money by using the existing cap (I spent the $5 on the new one anyway, but it was nice of him to offer).  In and out in 30 minutes, great service!

The removal and replacement of my water heater went very well. Joe showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently and professionally.  He left the area as he found it.  Joe is very personable and I highly recommend him for your plumbing work.  This is the second time I have had him out here for plumbing work (other issue was for a clog).

We have used him several times at our home and a rental house Both houses are very old and have old piping.   He always knows right away where the problem is and fixes it first try.  Even explaining once to us on how to restore the hot water to our tub.

He was able to come out quickly and when the job took longer than expected he made sure to move his schedule around so he could come back the next day to get it completed as soon as possible. He had a tough job but he finished it in good time and was very cordial to my husband who followed him around.

Joe is simply awesome, I've used his service previously. He's responsive, courteous, professional, very reasonable, and most importantly, very honest. I don't ever have to worry about being told of phantom issues or the exaggeration of issues, a great guy and a great plumber all around.

Our crawl space project went awry when insulation was moved and water came pouring out. Called Jim late in day and the technician came out a few hours later. He did not even hesitate to crawl under the house in the dark. Shower drain was leaking. A pipe was cracked. We were able to continue our insulation project next day. A couple of weeks later when the new insulation was going in. We had some new duct work put in. The contractor saw water leaking. This time it was from my garden tub drain. Joe came out same day and repair was done quickly.

He arrived on time assessed the problem got to work immediately, told us the drain was still plugged and did we want the pipe snaked out. we said yes he did it and was done in less than 3/4 hr.
