picture framing
 + -1 moreI had a half-price coupon for the total frame order, so the price was reasonable for the final product! The clerk (Rebekah)was very patient, candid and helpful when making suggestions. The framed pictures were ready for pickup earlier than estimated (2 weeks)and the store called me. Pictures were unwrapped at the store for me to see and approve, and then they were carefully rewrapped. I was very happy with the service and the product, and would certainly do business there again (however -- with a coupon for a price reduction).
Description of Work: I had three pictures (actually pages from a calendar) matted and framed. Clerk provided suggestions, placed my order, called when they were ready for pickup and had me give approval prior to final payment.

JO ANNS IS GREAT. THEY ALWAYS HAVE WONDERFUL SALES ON PATTERN, THEY HAVE GREAT SEWING MACHINES AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE.
Description of Work: THEY HELPED ME TO PICK OUT MY FABRIC, CUT MY FABRIC TO SPECIFICATION AND RUNG UP THE PRICE.
