Repairman replaced heating element. This did not fix problem. Company will not return calls. The 1st 2 calls to co. I was told I would be contacted with a date for another service call. Never received another date and now office is not taking my calls. I have paid (cash only required) $285.00. I have left messages on repairman's phone, with no response. I am an elderly woman. What a rip off!!! I should have called the BBB first.
