JERRY THE TILE GUY

Not well. The bid was good and the estimated number of weeks until they could begin the job worked for me. I paid half the estimated cost and they began work close to the time estimated. They picked up tile I'd chosen although once the work began I made 3 trips to the wholesaler to pick up additional tile. Inconvenient, but not a problem. The work started one day, just setting the tile for the bath step, and to remove and haul away the fireplace tile. Two more days were used to finish setting tile in the bathroom and grouting. In the living room Jerry finished the setting and grouting the fireplace. I was not home when he finished and left. I found the keys where we had agreed he would leave them. It was a couple days later I saw the work that had been done. I entered the living room and from 18' away, I could see the tiles were not flat, or flush. The tiles are lined up horizontally and vertically but edges and corners aren't flush. I called and left a message for Jerry.
