Greg Jensen is an exceptional and honest plumber.  He does the work himself to ensure the highest level of quality and that everything being done is necessary.  He has excellently performed several plumbing fixture installation, fixture replacement, leak repairs and piping repair jobs for me and another member of my family.  We will delightedly continue to use him.  Greg’s communication is timely, articulate, complete and detailed.  He educates you on fixtures aspects that may help you to choose those that will hold up better over the long haul and when asked will offer option suggestions.  He thoroughly evaluates all aspects of each project phase to identify any issues of which he fully educates you so you understand the whole picture as well as each step of progression and any associated inconveniences such as water shut down needs.  He will make sure to assist with any inconveniences to ensure they are minimal and most capably managed.  He uses the very best and newest materials for each phase of the job.  He updates you on the results of each phase and clearly spells out any issues he has found and the options available while recommending the most efficient and effective solutions.  His invoices thoroughly detail work description, labor & materials..  His fees are most reasonable and affordable.  I couldn’t recommend Greg Jensen any higher…he will by our plumber as long as he is in business.
