We are a small sole proprietorship operation consisting of the owner and two employees. Our business has run on a word-of-mouth basis since our inception, and satisfied customers are our primary advertisement. We work with our clients personally to identify what they want and help them bring it about. We do everything from small repair jobs to additions and full home remodels. We have good working relationships with several plumbing and electrical subcontractors, architects, flooring and carpet installers, as well as tree and landscaping services, and can find the right subs and act as the overall job manager for your project. We work with area realtors to prepare homes for sale and to provide estimates of repair costs to remedy deficiencies identified in inspections. We have done several built-green remodels or additions in which we reduced the impact on the planet both during construction and over the life of the house for minimal additional costs. We have designed and built several homes and designed and executed substantial remodels of many others.
