Justin's wife was quick to respond to my inquiry and it took just a few days for him to be on site for an estimate. He was anxious to perform the work as his "crew" was in a down period. I thought the estimate a bit high, but he seemed confident and assured me of satisfaction. His crew arrived in just a few days. They tried patching the damaged wood with no success and then replaced it. They were careful with preparation and most over spray. They only sprayed a single coat (not the two that we agreed), but stated that with a sprayer they were actually "applying two coats at the same time". I was not convinced, but let them finish. There were some issues with moisture separation that took some rework and multiple visits from the paint representative. (Beware of Sherwin Williams Durations paint, pick the next line down which is better quality and lower price).
