JC Marble Expo LLC

The install crew did a great job.  They counters turned out great.  They set up in my driveway and cut everything onsite.  Everything went together smoothly until they laid the last piece, the island.  They cut the cooktop hole too big and were not able to fix it so they came back the next day with a brand new piece and cut whole new piece for the island.  They had to send out cabinet installers as well to install my island brackets and take off 2 cabinets and reinstall those 2 cabinets for the install of the piece of granite by my kitchen sink.  We are very happy.  It was a great price for all the Granite that we had installed.  6 bathroom sinks and a very large kitchen.  They were several thousand dollars cheaper than the next closest bid.

Workers were very courteous and and answered our questions. Cleaned up the yard before they left. We are very pleased wit the results. JC Marble Expo had best price we found for this granite installation, and end product is beautiful. We initially ordered at their Des Moines location and worked with Grace. She was very helpful and gave us good advice on the patterns that would work best for our kitchen layout. I would use this company again for any future needs.

Overall excellent experience! Grace was easy to work with, they have a decent selection of slab in their showroom, their installers showed up on time and were very clean and professional. They did an excellent job on their bullnose and seams, would definitely hire them again.

Although I would never again attempt to do such a large remodel while still occupying a residence, Darlene and her site foreman, Brian, did everything they could to keep the dust and chaos under control. They worked together as a team and stayed mostly on budget (there were a couple of unexpected charges that they could not have forseen) and did a great job of keeping the sub-contractors on schedule. The whole job came out beautifully and they did their best to resolve all issues. Brian tidied up at the end of every day and was willing to help out with moving furniture, installing light fixtures, and fixing minor items. Darlene uses some great sub-contractors - they did a beautiful job with the tile, wood floors, carpet and paint and we felt totally comfortable leaving our house and indoor cats while they were there working. Our only complaint with the JC Marble team is that they rushed a bit towards the end - but they have cheerfully corrected any problems we pointed out. I now have gorgeous kitchen with distinctive marble countertops - makes all the cost, toil, and trouble of a major remodel seem not so bad.
