About us
JB Factory Carpets is a family owned and operated business that has been providing Karastan, Shaw, Mohawk, and other carpet manufacturers products to customers in the Puget sound area for over 30 years. We currently have one showroom and warehouse located in Burien, Washington. We provide trained, licensed and bonded, Karastan certified installers and have an unconditional one year guarantee on all installations. We are proud to offer a large supply of discounted Karastan and Mohawk rolls and remnants in our warehouse. We are also happy to do special orders of any kind and have a wide variety of samples to choose from. We offer a one year same as cash financing plan form GE Capital.

Carpet sales and installation, repairs and re-stretching. We also offer hardwood floor sales and installation and refinishing of hardwood floors. We also have a Host cleaner available for rent. Outsourced binding service is available for the convenience of those who bring in remnants to be bound or if a customer would like a remnant we have in stock to be bound.

"Hi Member, We have a one year unconditional guarantee on all our installations. If there is a ware, staining, or texture retention issue with the carpet this has to be taken up through the manufacturer. We cannot have a store guarantee on materials because we did not produce the product. We are happy to help you through the warranty process as I know it can be tedious. Over time, it is inevitable that carpet, just like any other material, will ware. We offer re-stretches and seam repair at any time, although we do have to charge fee for that service if it is one year past the installation date.
