Tracy estimated the job and the actual expenses were higher. I arranged to be away while she painted and she changed the color of the house after feeling that the color we chose was not really what we wanted. We came back to a different colored house with a trim that did not match(chocolate vs. dark green based brown) Tracy made no attempts to communicate the change to us even after we arrived home. Maybe she though we would never notice.She said she could paint the house with our scaffolding, then realized she couldn't costing me $500 in scaffolding fees, She used a contractor friend to set up scaffolding and remove storm windows and that contractor billed me as well. I wrote her a letter about how displeased we were with her changing the color and she never replied. I wrote a second letter and she finally agreed to repaint the trim but in a petty move refused to paint a door and window trim. Tracy is maybe the worst communicator I have ever dealt with. She is sullen, moody, and unprofessional in all her communication. The quality of her painting was OK/good but the negatives of dealing with her far outweigh the quality of her work. It has taken almost 1 year to resolve.
