My wife and I decided to move when we learned that we were expecting our first child. We contacted Casee (my wife had worked with her before) to start the process. We decided to buy the new property first, and Casee did a great job of identifying condominiums that fit our criteria. In the end we found the perfect place, and Casee did a great job helping us through the negotiations and purchase. She even caught a mistake where the credit for our closing cost was left off. Nice! Selling the house was a more complex process, the house was a 1912 craftsman, complete with all of the charm and challenges you can imagine. There were a lot of little repairs that were needed, and Casee did a great job of find people to do the repairs in a way that was economical but of good quality. By the time we had finished, we were starting to question our decision to leave! The house had a solid offer within a week. There were negotiations after the inspection, and Casee found an agreeable middle ground.
