Description of Work: Jim and his crew painted the interior of our newly purchased home completely on both floors, including window sills, floor boards and door trims. The job included replastering walls on the upper floor that were finished with textured finish prior to our purchase. Jim brought in a drywall contractor who created a smooth finish for the walls and ceilings. The house looks gorgeous and Jim and his crew paid attention to every detail, from covering and protecting our newly finished wood floors to removing every electrical outlet plate and ceiling recessed light trim before painting and replacing them. They also removed wall paper from two bedrooms and refinished the walls in smooth paint. They painted inside closets and hard to reach corners of a basement laundry room. He was patient with us while we went through 2 - 3 color changes and he applied our sample paints to walls allowing us to decide which colors we finally wanted. He finished the job one day ahead if schedule and offered us to come back and touch up on any nicks that the movers may create when they move in the furniture. I will definitely hire Jim again for any painting job I have.

Description of Work: Jim painted all the interior walls of our 1400 square foot condo, including approximately 30 foot walls. He also helped us get the house "ready to sell" by helping with little jobs; caulking in the bathroom, lubricating front door to remove the squeak, replacing batteries in smoke alarms, finding and painting a towel bar for the bathroom, etc.
