Instant Carpet Cleaners

Originally, my only complaint was how wet the carpet was.  So much so that my husband who was walking barefoot from the carpeted hall into our bedroom which has a painted floor skidded and rammed his toe into a piece of furniture!  A couple of days later, once the carpet had dried out, I could see some substantial spots much to my chagrin.  I immediately attempted to contact Instant Carpet Cleaners but had to leave a voice message.  I didn?t hear back from them so I phoned again and left another voice message.  The next day I received a call from someone at 206-855-5476 saying he would send someone out the next day (Sunday) between 5:00 and 7:00pm.  I was there the entire time w/ my phone within earshot just in case they got lost or needed directions.  No one ever arrived.  I called the 206 # shortly after 7:00 but the answering machine said I?d contacted Olympic Van Lines, I left a message anyway.  Once again no one returned my call so I called them on Monday.  Someone named Kevin picked up and told me he would give my message to his supervisor.  I never heard back so I called again and spoke w/ Nicole, she said didn?t understand why I was being given the run around and said she would have Bryan, the supervisor would be notified.  Par for the course, I didn?t receive a call back so I dialed the 888# telling them I had no choice but to contact the BBB.  Still, I?ve heard nothing back so I called one last time to the 206#, ?Nancy? said she would have to ?transfer it up to the top tomorrow?.  I am really disgusted and quite obviously I'm never going to get resolution.   Not only were bait and switch tactics used on me but also bad services rendered as well as horrible customer service. 

What I've learned from this expensive experience is that if I can't find any reference of a company by doing a search on the internet, BBB, State Attorney General, State Business License then likely they are a shady company and not worthy of doing business with!
