The icing on the cake was when I confirmed the price to pay them when they left. I had written down the amount the gentleman gave me over the phone when I setup the cleaning, but the cleaners who came (and failed to finish the job) insisted it was $25 more than that. Whatever. Will definitely look elsewhere next time.
