In Out Clean

Two gentlemen were sent out to do a move out cleaning. One worked hard while the other mostly walked about, at one point lounging in the van for almost an hour. They spent a great deal of time cleaning things that didn't really need that much cleaning, and neglected to clean more critical parts. Not everything was finished. We had to do the rest ourselves, and the property management was not satisfied. Ended up sending their own cleaners, and charging us another $300+ dollars. The icing on the cake was when I confirmed the price to pay them when they left. I had written down the amount the gentleman gave me over the phone when I setup the cleaning, but the cleaners who came (and failed to finish the job) insisted it was $25 more than that. Whatever. Will definitely look elsewhere next time.
