I chose Carol based on her Angie's List report and also based on feedback from my agent. Carol came out to the house to get my input and provided two quotes (one including 2 extra bedrooms and one not including these 2 bedrooms). At the advice of my agent, I chose to not furnish the extra 2 bedrooms. She also suggested some painting choices that could make the house look better (an accent wall). The price included design, installation & removal, and one month of furniture rental. Her folks installed the furniture and the house looked great. The house got an offer 3 days after opening and I think that Carol's staging was a big part of this. When the furniture was removed, they left the house clean and patched any holes they made (hanging pictures). If I had needed additional time, furniture rental would have been $600/month.
