IMMACULATE WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANING

Excellent. Very good job.

I called them one afternoon and they came out the next day. They cleaned my gutters and cleaned up all the mess that came out of it. They were prompt and did what they said they would. They were fairly priced too. I liked them. My experience with them was a very positive one. I would definitely hire them again to do my windows in addition to the gutters.

They were very prompt with their estimate and gave us helpful ideas about what to watch out for on our roof and driveway. We will call them again.

Sheldon came to our house to give a quote, unlike one company that gave a quote over the phone (within the same range), and another company that never showed up - after 2 phone calls. On the day requested, he arrived punctually, and explained how he would proceed. The men were very courteous and professional, removed their shoes insides, laid down a towel at each window inside. Outside they took care with the ladders and did not damage any plants. The windows are immaculate!

Sheldon first came out and gave us an estimate and the end price was a bit less than we were quoted. He and one assistant did a superior job cleaning our windows, including scraping over-spray paint and paying excellent attention to the corners of the windows-even those we might not take the time to check out. Sheldon is a perfectionist who takes a lot of pride in his work.

They were on time, within the estimate, did excellent work quickly, were sensitive to security, were courteous and professional. I happily recommend them.

I called up Immaculate Window because he was highly rated on Angie's List. He was close by and used green products. They did a very conscientious job. The windows were spotless and clean. When they cleaned the gutters out, the owner took pictures of our gutters to show us their condition. We are happy with how they did a great job with all the cleaning.

Was late for both the estimate appointment and the actual job, but did call to communicate this. Did a great job-cleanest they have ever been. One minor complaint-doesn't do the window wells. What's the point of putting a clean window back into a dirty well? When I realized they weren't going to clean them, I did it myself while they had the windows and screen out.

They arrived when they said they would and were very careful in the house. My only suggestion to them would be to wear shoe covers when walking inside homes...especially carpeted areas.

I found out about Immaculate Window cleaning from the Net Green website. After completing the request for estimate online, I received a call a few days later, and Sheldon came out to offer an estimate. During the estimate, we learned about his approach to cleaning and what makes his company unique. After receiving the estimate and scheduling the cleaning, they were slightly delayed (15 mins) but were on site from 10:00 - 3:00 completing the job working straight through that time. Excellent job! The windows have never looked better. We would definitely use them again and are recommending them highly. We didn't mind paying extra for his conscientiousness in reducing environmental impact.
