Description of Work: I found the product we wanted and contacted iFloor. My representative was Eric McLaughlin and he provided answers to my questions, discount information, and assisted me to reach the next discount level, which ended up saving me money. While there was an error in my original order on their part, Eric called me that same evening to make corrections. The shipment was on time, but damaged. At this time, I am working with Eric to replace the damaged pieces.
