Seattle's INDEPENDENT and UNBIASED environmental consultants for mold inspections and testing, asbestos testing and surveys, indoor air quality assessments including "specific" VOC testing. We are one of the only local environmental consulting companies with no "conflicts of interest"! (We do not conduct mold or asbestos removal or sell any products). With over 24 years of experience we routinely save our clients thousands of dollars on unnecessary mold removal and indoor air quality products that other companies push. We are a local, woman and veteran owned and operated company.

I was impressed by her professionalism and wealth of knowledge. The good news is that I don't have mold or allergens. She found a couple of other unrelated issues that needed attention in my house. It turns out my deck has serious dry rot. Thank you Valina. I will get that fixed before I have a party out there.

Services and professionalism were excellent. My family has suffered from allergies and asthma for years and we felt our house may be part of the problem. With the services of IAQ Consultants of Seattle we discovered that we had mold behind much of the sheetrock in the finished basement of our house. It was due to water penetration through the perimeter walls. Valina initially performed indoor air quality testing and discovered the mold and then before we removed the sheetrock she tested it to make sure it didn’t have asbestos. With her knowledge, experience and guidance, we were able to safely remove the sheetrock ourselves which saved us a considerable amount of money that we can now use to repair and restore our basement living space. If testing services are needed, I would strongly recommend IAQ Consultants.
