They were very professional, responsive, and helpful. They problem solved well and cleanly trimmed the end of my ballet bar to properly mount the mirror. They were very careful and spent a good deal of time measuring. The mirror looks wonderful and is just want I wanted. They did an excellent job.

We had been dealing with a kitchen and bath remodel that wasn't going well.  A new mirror for the bathroom was part of it.  We'd been recommended to a particular company and they simply didn't return our calls, over and over.  The remodeling job was completed and we still had no mirror, so we decided to get one on our own.  We checked out Angie's List and decided to go with Hy-Lite both because of their reviews and because it was very convenient to our home.

We knew what we wanted, but it sure was fun to look around their showroom, at all the beautiful window and mirror possibilities, anyway.

The size we had come up with, was just a bit off standard.  They could easily make a custom mirror to our specific size, but told us about the standard sizing and choosing one of those would be much less expensive.  I really appreciated them telling us that.  The difference in size was small, so we went with the standard size.

They do have to order them and it took about a week to arrive.  We were given the option of hanging it ourselves or having them do it for us.  Not being handy and afraid I'd break it, we asked that they do the install, which was very quick and easy for them and was well worth it in our minds.  The mirror is beautiful, it's just what we wanted and they were really easy to work with.  We definitely recommend them and would use them again.

It went very well. The installer placed the mirror exactly where we ask him to. After the mirror was installed we realized the mirror did not allow the faucet handle to fully extend backwards toward the mirror. The installer gladly rehung the mirror to accommodate the faucet even though the error was on our part. The installer was professional, efficient, and very easy to work with.

It went very well, even though it was a very difficult job. The picture window was 15 feet above the ground. The company was very professional, timely, and clean. The old window was very difficult to remove, but they did it well with a great attitiude. The price was very reasonable. I would use them anytime I have any glass or mirror issues. Great experience.

They were great. I stopped into their office to talk over the project then picked it up a week later and it looks great. They were very helpful with talking me through the different options to get me to the one that worked best for our needs.

I brought in a 80+ yr. old window frame that still had some window glazing and broken glas in it. They did a nice job cleaning it up and putting in new mirror glass. It was done on time and for the estimated price. Nice job.

Ordered a custom tempered glass table-top protector. Promised to supply in 1 week. 2 weeks later they had not followed up and when I called to inquire was told and quot;our supplier messed up the orderand quot; and my item would take an additional week to fulfill. No apology offered. A week later, they still had not followed up to tell me my order was now ready for collection. Price and quality comparable to almost every other provider out there, both local and internet, so the only differentiator here is quality of service, on which these guys are sub-standard. Disappointed.

It went well. They measured an old piece of glass I brought in. They also could tell by inspection with a polarizing filter whether the glass was tempered. They were thorough.

Outstanding service. Very easy to deal with. Communication was outstanding, installation service was fast and efficient. Great people and great company to do business with.

Their technicians came out very quickly after my call to measure the shower opening for our new shower door. They showed up on time and went through the fixture options with me. While they were measuring for an estimate, I asked them about the possibility of repairing a mirror that had been chipped. They told me that it looked like a quick job, and they might be able to do that on site for no charge when they came to install the door (part of the reason I chose them to do the work). They called with an estimate the next business day. Once I decided to go ahead, they said it would take about a week and a half to finish the door, which was spot-on. They called a week and a half later to schedule installation. Sure enough, when the guys came out to install, they were able to quickly do the mirror as well. Both the mirror and the shower door look fantastic. I have gotten compliments on the door since. Installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't even know they'd been there. All in all, it was a great experience.

I purchased a beautiful display case from a company in Ohio that I've dealt with for years. TWICE, UPS delivered two of the larger glass pieces broken! After the 2nd time, the owner of the company suggested I find a local company to make them, at his expense. I went to Angie's List and found Hy-Lite. The owner of the Ohio company emailed them with what was needed and I called them to set up delivery.
They were friendly and helpful in what had become a very frustrating situation. I was concerned that the unusal situation might somehow make them hesitate, but the glass was made to specifications in about 2 days and delivered it to my door less than a week after the initial contact from the Ohio company. The glass fits and looks perfect and I could not be more pleased. They were wonderful to deal with from start to finish!

It went great. I called them for a bid, which they provided on the spot according to the measurements I provided. I called 2 other companies and their prices were higher. One company I called insisted on sending someone to give me a bid. The bid was about $75 more than Hy-Lite, which I thought was significant given that it is such a small job.

I called Hy-Lite back and they scheduled the install for the following Monday. 2 installers showed up on time and quickly performed the work, cleaned the glass and left. Couldn't have been easier!

Due to rainy weather, we had to wait for a good day in order to replace the glass. Hy-Lite was easy to work with in finding the right time, despite this obvious difficulty. The window was in a difficult location, but they were careful and took time setting up the removal and placement, so everything went smoothly. All the work was completed within the 2 hour time frame they mentioned.

I think Hy-Lite Mirror and Glass is great. They came out within a day or two, measured, gave me an estimate. The estimate was good. The mirror was finishied in a week as was stated on the estimate.The installer was friendly and professional. He did a great job. Answered all my questions. The mirror is gorgeous. I would use them again.

We ordered 10 medicine cabinet mirrors that were sized specifically for our apartments' cabinets. Prices are fair and the quality is very good. We have used Hy-Lite for the past 3 years and bought many mirror replacements. Very satisfied.

The man came out and gave us some ideas on how to do this bathroom. We will have them come back and do another bathroom. We're going to have some special medicine chests installed in there.

Tenant had broken a bathroom window. Brian arrived on time and fixed the window on the spot (in his truck) in a hour's time. The job was excellent! He was both prompt and courteous. There was absolutley no mess left behind. I would call them again anytime.

THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO MAKE A TEMPLATE. THEN THEY HAD TO COME OUT AGAIN TO REDO. EVENTUALLY HAD THE TABLE DELIVERED TO THEIR SHOP FOR REPAIR. REPAIR WAS DONE WELL ON A MULTI CURVED PIECE.
