They are excellent. The charge was covered by insurance. They were great. They were on time when they told me that my car would be done. It was around the holidays and they still got it done on time. They detailed the car on the inside afterwards which was really nice. The quality of service was excellent.

They did a great job and they were very good. They just do a very good job on painting and body work. They have worked on our cars and they always do a beautiful job.

they were very professional and timely in the job. office was very orderly and clean though unusually quiet...don't know if they have a lot of business! It seems like they should!

I backed over a yard tool (which I had left leaning against the back of the car) which broke off the facing on the rear hatch that covers the handle. From past autobody experience, I expected a large repair: the entire back hatch would have to be removed/ repainted/ reblended etc.) I had a list of auto body repair shops that Toyota of Seattle recommended using. With that list and checking on Angie's list, I narrowed down the shops I wanted to go to for estimates. Huddleson's was the first I went to. The shop was clean/ organized and, most of all, it was the closest to my home. I appreciated the quick estimate I recieved right on the spot (other shops had to email me later) and an explaination of what would be done. Just a part would need to be replaced. Once orded and in, I could wait for the repair. And the estimate was way below what I had anticipated. After going to other auto body shops, I decided my first stop, Huddleson's, was the best. I called on Monday to schedule the repair. I was told the part would be ordered and I could bring the car in on Wednesday. I dropped the car off at 12:30, at 1:15 the shop called to say the repair was almost done. It looks great. I could not be more pleased with the work and cost.

My car was hit by a trucking company who wanted to pay for the repair out of pocket. Huddleson's sent the estimate and pics straight to the company. When my car was complete, I dropped off the rental car and was shuttled back to Huddleson's. The original time estimate was two weeks but my car was done in just one week. After picking up my car, I realized the lock on the door was jammed. I brought my car back, and even though it was close to closing, they stayed until the repair was complete.

I found Huddleson's on Angie's List and selected them for their location close to my home. I brought my car in for an estimate and they arranged for me to get a rental car and I was shuttled over there almost instantly. My car was hit by a commercial truck and the company wanted to pay for the repair without going through insurance. Huddleson's took all the company's info and sent the estimate and pics directly to them. The original estimate was two weeks for the repair time but it only took one week. Car repair can be such a hassle and I found this whole transaction to be so easy and smooth. After I picked up my car, I realized that the door lock was jammed. I came back and it was close to closing but they disassembled the door and made the repair.

They always answered our phone calls or called back quickly, even on the weekend. They gave a very detailed estimate after just a couple days. For simple parts they shopped for after-market parts. Very clear communication along the way. The work was finished on time and under estimate. Their shop is clean and professional looking.
