I am a licensed 35 year experienced residential home remodeler / builder from Pasadena Ca. Johnny Randall bldg. B lic. 751367. I met Kevin through Home advisor /Angi. He has roughy the same experience and time in his field as I do in mine, we hit it off pretty much immediately. I introduced him to my friend who completely lost her home in the Eaton fire. Kevin worked hand in hand in designing her new Home, staying with the theme of the of when it was built in the 1922. Kevin took the time to learn and listen to the the both of our concerns & ideas, me as the builder , & my friend’s thoughts and wishes towards bringing A blueprint to Fruition, not just a plan but an actual foreseeable vision. He essentially brought a rough plan to life, spending the time to assist & interpret this build as we both hoped to envision . Long story short, we are currently going through plan check, looking forward to breaking ground.
