There was a slight misunderstanding about the charge, but I did not notice it and the owner called within a day to say that she had mistakenly overcharged me and I received a check within three days for the overcharge.
I could not have been more pleased with the results and although I'd never had someone from outside do this work before I may consider calling them again even if I don't break another limb!
