Description of Work: Josh and his friendly crew painted the majority of the interior of my new house. The house is new construction, so no need to prime - had added two coats to every wall.

Description of Work: Josh's remodeling expertise included everything I needed done in creating a remodeled mother-in-law apartment. His work is excellent, and the countertops and back tile work turned out just beautiful. He also hung a door, fixed some plumbing issues, and installed a ceiling light track which involved drywall work, again done perfectly. He hung mirrors for me, and always figures out the best way to do things. In addition, although I had a so-called professional painting company paint the whole space, the job they did was less than professional. Josh spoke with the painting supervisor, and is going to meet with him to point out everything the painters need to redo and/or fix. Josh helped point out the many mistakes to me, and created the punch list regarding the painting issues that need fixing. Had I realized that Josh does painting too, I would have asked him to do all the painting as well. He pointed out where they should have fixed the drywall, where sections only got one coat instead of two, etc. I will have Josh finish the paint job on the floor, after the painting company fixes their sloppy work on the walls throughout. Although I'll never use the painting company I chose again, I will definitely call Josh when I need work done as he seems to know how to do everything! His work is always excellent, and his willingness to go the extra mile to do things right is wonderful. He even helped by taking a huge load of debris to the dump for me.
