They were super nice and really friendly and did the job. They did what they had quoted.  They were not really sure whether it was going to be a huge job or not but, in the end, they didn't do a bunch of work just to do it. They told me what needed to be done and that it wouldn't happen again. They could have done all the work and charged me for it but they are really honest.

It was a positive experience. He doesn't come exactly on the dot, but he does come within an acceptable range of time. He is a good communicator. He comes up with some good ideas and suggestions. He doesn't leave any mess after he does the work. The dealings that I have had with him have been smooth.

Jason is a real treasure. He is very skilled, totally reliable, and wants the client to be fully satisfied with the work. We especially appreciate that Jason is very honest about what he can and cannot do. While he enjoys a new challenge (such as rebuilding a cabinet to fit a new refrigerator's dimensions), he does not take on a task he cannot perform satisfactorily. We originally found Jason through a mailer ad when we needed some minor household repairs. We now keep a "Jason List" of the things we need done until we have at least 2 hours worth of work (There is a 2 hour minimum charge, then an hourly fee after that). We can recommend Jason with absolutely no hesitation.
