It was a good experience. I have already referred this company to somebody else. It is a one single individual thing that he was on time, advised me if he is going to be delayed which he was unfortunately, but that was fine. He did a very good job. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and I thought his service cost and everything was certainly with the realm of what I was willing to pay and that I would pay. I would use them again.

The system consisted of in wall speakers, Blu-ray player, LCD television , stereo receiver and universal remote. I purchased the TV myself and Jared furnished the remaining components. I am very cost conscience and Jared stayed within my budget with room to spare. Clean, neat installation. The DVD player was linked to the internet for expanded entertainment options. The universal remote allowed me to operate all the components with a single control. This is the second system that Home Theater Connection has designed and installed for me. The previous work was a home theater set up with 50'' plasma and surround sound.

They were professional, very reasonably priced, very efficient, had some good suggestions about streamlining, wrote out some easy to use directions for the many remote controls we have. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

They are really nice but my only complaint was that they were unresponsive as they never returned my calls for 2 days. I finally got a hold of them and we got started on the project. They had everything done efficiently and the prices were really reasonable too.

They arrived on time, explained how the process would work, and got my opinion on placement, connections, etc. I had to leave to go to some meetings while they continued working, but they checked in with me when they were almost done. They were very careful and professional. I would recommend them.

EASY TO REACH ON THE PHONE. GAVE ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. ARRIVED ON TIME. CLEANED UP WORK AREA. END RESULT LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HOME THEATER WORKS AND SOUNDS GREAT.
