HOME ESPRESSO REPAIR

After learning of the repair shop on Angies list, we took it in and left it with the very personable owner who said it would be about 10 days, as he had others ahead of us. After only 6 business days, he called and said it was ready. He said it was plugged up with ....coffee. He explained to us that the oils and ground coffee coat everything over time and gum up the works, which is what happened to ours. Haven't tried it yet, still using up our ground coffee, but I'm sure it will be fine. Very nice experience thanks to Angies List, would recommend to anyone.

Actually, Will (the owner) referred me out to someone who dealt specifically with my make of machine and did not perform the repair. But he took the time to point me to a local provider that did service that make, and also suggested what might be wrong with the machine and how much it should cost to repair. I appreciated that he had the integrity to refer me out and give me input on what it should cost. I would have had him do the work if I could.

Went great! They consulted with us on whether it was worth it to repair an old machine, and now it works better than it has in years!

This is the third time I have used this company over the years. They are specialists in repair of all models of home espresso machines and really know their business. They were polite and knowledgeable. My machine was not working at all and they fixed that problem (fuse) and gave the machine a tuneup and cleaning. As far as I know they are the only business in the area that specializes in espresso machines. I travel from the Eastside to use them and I would not consider going anywhere else.

Very pleasant guy. The mellow ambiance in shop is really nice; parking available in rear but I found street parking OK! I love this place and trust "my baby" with him. that is saying a lot here in Seattle where we must have our coffee! My only gripe is that he can't fix it immediately while I am in store. I hate to be without my machine!
