Poor bad service overall. Had a very large project installed wrong and had them back many times over the course of the year and never fixed. I Would not do business with them again.

This is the second time that I have used Brian’s company, HES, Inc. to deliver, install and mount a flat panel TV. I heard about HES through a co-worker who is a friend of Brian’s and he recommended them to me. The first time was 7 years ago when I originally bought my house. Brian came out initially to do the consultation and then his team came out later to do the installation. At that time, they mounted a 42’ on the wall and hid all the wires in the wall out of sight. The crew is very thorough, professional and friendly. 

Last month, the installation team of Charlie and James, came out with my new SMART TV. Charlie was with the crew that came 7 years ago so he’s been with HES, Inc. for some time which says a lot about the company.  They arrived on time and even protected the carpeting by putting on those booties over their shoes which I thought was a great touch, even though I didn't think they needed to do that, but they did. They mounted the new 55’ Smart TV downstairs in the family room and moved the 42’ upstairs to the master bedroom. I would say the whole installation process took about 2 hours. There was some electrical work that needed to be done for the 55’ mounting and that all went off without a hitch. They hooked up both TVs to my Blu-ray/ DVD disc players, and to the Xfinity cable boxes and explained the new Smart TV features showing me how to use the new remote that goes with the Smart TV now that I have a TV with all the bells and whistles. I enjoyed just talking with them while they did the work. HES, Inc. does a wonderful job and I trust their expertise. They also removed all of the leftover box packaging when they left.  I would recommend them to the highest degree. They can provide all of your home entertainment needs.  I trust them and their work. They have provided excellent customer service to me twice now and in addition they are just really nice guys!

Brian was very responsive over email, answered all my questions and scheduled us in quickly. James and his colleague were great! Worked thoroughly and neatly, demonstrated a lot of skill and were nice to boot. Well worth paying a bit more for exemplary service and results. Thanks HES!

Installation was painless. It only took about 4 hours and it looked great when it was done.

Brian, Peter, James, Charlie, and the rest of the crew were awesome. There were many highlights
- Brian was incredibly responsive and worked diligently to address all our needs and ensure he devised a solution that worked well for our family
- Brian presented several options that allowed us to pick a custom solution that worked well for our budget and he helped us understand the cost and benefit of each decision
- The installation team was fantastic. My wife was very comfortable being in the house with a huge crew of people and they were all very courteous and respectful
- Peter did a great job of explaining how to work the new (and somewhat complex) universal remote
- When the job was complete, Brian followed up and ensured our complete satisfaction.
We would highly recommend HES, Brian, and his team. And we'll use them again when we have home electronics/entertainment needs. They were awesome!

They were fantastic. Professional. Friendly. On-time. Did the job great.

It was quite a bit of work which took 2 to 3 guys all day to do. They
did a first rate job and it sounds and looks great. The only hitch was
that their main remote control programmer guy was away on maternity
leave at the time, and the new universal infrared remote they supplied
was not perfectly set up. I let Brian know and he sent that guy out a
few days later and got it all programmed correctly.

Justin helped us wire up our TV, Cable box, DVD player, and surround sound amp. Even though some of it was old equipment, he helped us get it all to work (except for the VCR which was really old and broken before he got here.) He spent all the time he needed to get the wires managed, and the speakers fixed up, and then spent even more time programming a universal remote control so that we don't have to juggle all the remotes. Now we can watch TV or a DVD without having a major emotional breakdown because something won't turn on, or we can't figure out which button to punch! Thanks!

Brian came to our house days after we moved and consulted with us on a solution to provide music on the main floor of our new house. We appreciated that he was willing to use existing components that we already owned rather than trying to convince us that we should buy newer technology. He followed with a detailed estimate the same day. We were fortunate to be scheduled for the week within a week of approving the estimate.
The HES team did a fantastic job and were very mindful to respect our space. By the end of the day, I was listening to music once again as I walked through the main floor of the house. Great job!

Brian and his crew were absolutely wonderful -- very thorough, friendly, and professional. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Everything went very smoothly. Brian and his team did a great job with our home entertainment set-up. We were looking for a way to mount our TV over the fireplace, but we had no place for all the components and wiring due to our small living room. HES was recommended to us by a friend and I contacted them expecting to just get a quote on mounting the TV, but Brian had such a good vision of what we needed that we had his team set-up the entire thing. They worked within my budget and they completed the work in a timely manner. They also provide excellent after care, so if you have any problems they will take care of it. I would definitely recommend HES.

Brian Ritchie and his team are consummate professionals but seem to be priced to meet the needs of the customer. We purchased high quality equipment but nothing over the top. the most important issue to us was the service and quality of the install which was exceptional.

This company is fantastic! This is the second time we have used their services. They installed our surround sound system in our previous house as well. We have always been happy with the end result. They always make sure the systems is well organized and easy to use. This time we installed the new TV and surround sound system in our family room. We moved our old TV up into our master bedroom. Our TV cable provider had been out a few days earlier and had just left a black cable running around the perimeter of our room. It looked tacky. The guys from Home Entertainment Solutions put the cable underneath the baseboard for us and set up the TV and DVD player upstairs and did it on the house. We love our family room downstairs. The sound is perfect and the image on the TV is beautiful. We are very thankful for their expertise. The employees are very clean as they work on installing the system. At the end of the day you are left with a universal remote control which is so easy to use. This is so much nicer than trying to have to figure out 2 or 3 different remotes. I fully believe that this company can do anything to help with your home entertainment needs. They provide excellent customer service and are very nice.
