They have a really good selection. I had looked all over and I wanted a pattern that I really liked plus I could do it myself because they were stick-ems. The customer service was okay. It was the cheapest they had and the best they had. I got a really good deal on it.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Original installation was planned for Feb 10, 2014. After lots of calls on my part, work was eventually completed March 28. five months later, the drain leaked into the living room, it took 33 days before it was finally repaired. I spent thousands of dollars on a project I couldn't use, and Home Depot was unresponsive during that time.

The door is great. I love the door. It took longer to get the door from manufacture. The price included the service as well. Everything was excellent. I got a very low price.

When the installers from Mason Carpeting Company arrived they did a walk-through. A few minutes later I received a call from the company informing me that I needed to dismantle a desk and a bed wall unit and they would not be able to install the carpet. I was never informed of this prior to the delivery of the carpet or I would have made the necessary arrangements. It was clear from the onset that these installers did not want to do this job. They also had complained that a computer monitor had remained on the desk which was removed within 30 seconds. Without saying anything they got in their truck and left. A few minutes later I received a call from Home Depot stating that they understood there was a problem. I said indeed there was an explain what had happened. They were apologetic. An hour later I was at the Home Depot and received a full refund as I no longer wish to do business with Home Depot and especially Mason Carpet Co.
