We operate differently than a stand-alone installer and traditional showroom, and here’s how. We act as the estimator, designer, and quality control. We try to remove the miscommunication that can occur during home renovation projects. In our experience, installers are typically ineffective at estimating costs and managing client expectations. They often need someone to help move projects forward, someone who can follow up with them to ensure they are doing their job. Our subcontractors are bonded, insured, and licensed, just as we are. We have worked with many of them for more than 10 years and have the utmost trust in their credibility, honesty, and reliability. We operate out of contractor showrooms to offer our clients a broader range of products and services, which cuts down on the cost of having a traditional showroom. Traditional showrooms have higher markups associated with them and often can only install or sell what is shown in their showrooms.
