+ -1 moreThere is nothing Helmut cannot do. It looks really good so far. He has such a great attitude about things. He is a very willing person.
Description of Work: He is putting my kitchen back together after the flood. He is putting in my cabinets and hooking up my water.

+ -1 moreHelmut did a fantastic job on our house. His fees and expenses were very fair and very honestly calculated. He is incredibly reliable and just does beautiful work. He came again this year to install a new toilet, and we will use his services again in the future. We knew nothing about fixing an old house, and he made it a very easy experience for us.
Description of Work: Built wooden chase on house to replace brick fireplace, replaced some siding due to dry rot around old fireplace, added some extra support under the house, built custom mantel for a gas fireplace, tiled the fireplace and removed gutters on the house.

+ -1 moreI know that he did great work because he let me help him. It was great fun for me because I am retired and I like doing those kinds of things. I got to see the rotten beams taken out and how thoroughly he put the new support beams in. He was very thorough and supported things very well while he did the work so the stairwell would not collapse. He did excellent work and he cleaned up every day. The quality and price were excellent. He was very responsive and very professional. I would absolutely use him again.
Description of Work: I used Helmut Stiller three years ago because of series water damage we had. He tore out a lot of support timbers.
