There is nothing Helmut cannot do. It looks really good so far. He has such a great attitude about things. He is a very willing person.

Helmut did a fantastic job on our house. His fees and expenses were very fair and very honestly calculated. He is incredibly reliable and just does beautiful work. He came again this year to install a new toilet, and we will use his services again in the future. We knew nothing about fixing an old house, and he made it a very easy experience for us.

I know that he did great work because he let me help him. It was great fun for me because I am retired and I like doing those kinds of things. I got to see the rotten beams taken out and how thoroughly he put the new support beams in. He was very thorough and supported things very well while he did the work so the stairwell would not collapse. He did excellent work and he cleaned up every day. The quality and price were excellent. He was very responsive and very professional. I would absolutely use him again.
