Heggem Cement was a pure pleasure to work with from start to finish.
The estimate was very reasonable (I had 5 estimates in total and Heggem's was second lowest).  Mike had to correct a design flaw  from the landscaper plans in order to get the path to fit the landscape, and his consultation was very valuable.
They started when they said they would and finished on time and within budget - no nickel-and-dime.  They cleaned the jobsite when they were all finished.
The project came out fantastic, and I really hope folks consider Heggem for any construction projects.

It went well, Mike showed up quickly to look at the job, gave me a quick estimate, was flexible about the timing of the installation. Installation went smoothly, and looks good.

Called him, he came and gave me a bid. It was all done by noon the next day.

Mike Heggem was great to work with. His estimate was similar to others for the same work, but he provided a thorough, written estimate. I would definitely work with him again.

In both cases Heggem did great work, done with a minumum of disruption, on schedule. Price was very good both times, also. Pleasure to work with.

We wanted to get a bunch of repair work done on our house before moving in. Heggem was very responsive to our schedule, which was incredibly tight. They had 3 days to complete the work, otherwise our schedule for new furnace installation, hardwood floor refinishing and interior painting was all going to get thrown off. They did the work that we asked them to do without any hitches. The new floor looks great and is level. There are a few minor cracks that I expected given the size of the slab that they poured. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of the work and the fact that they worked with our very tight schedule.

Mike was great. He came right over when I called, and submitted a bid on the spot. They broke out the old concrete with sledge hammers which minimized noise. Using a wheelbarrow, a Bobcat, and a dump truck they carted the old concrete to a recycling spot for landscapers. The cement truck parked in the alley, and they wheelbarrowed the new concrete in through the gate. There was not a mark left on the lawn. Everything was done skillfully, and the site was always neat. Mike is very experienced, and very pleasant to deal with.
