We had already moved to Portland and had an empty house we needed to sell. ek Real Estate Group was recommended to us because we had a very unique house (a mid-century modern) that required marketing to and understanding of interested buyers. Despite the fact that it was an architecturally amazing and unique house with a great view of the Puget Sound, our challenge was the location. It was not in Seattle but South King County. Also, the timing of our sale coincided with the fall of real estate market and the mortgage industry. Heather was fantastic and worked very hard to reach out to other agents and potential group of buyers. At the end, we got the house sold to a person who showed interest several months before. With us being a few hours away, Heather looked out for us and checked in the empty house. She also gave us great advice on what things to do to help make the house more marketable.
