It was positive and everything went fine. She was very responsive and she was on time. The cleaning was very good. She let me pay remotely which was important to me.

She does a very good job. We have had better cleaners, but she does everything that you ask of her. She is always on time and very pleasant.

I heard about Heather through one of my co-workers because I was complaining about another company's rates and inconsistent results. I'm glad I switched! Heather always cleans our house to perfection. She understands our living habits so she knows where dirt accumulates etc. and spends more time in those areas. On top of that, she is helpful and friendly. She has even given me tips on how to do other chores efficiently throughout the week! I highly recommend Heather. She is efficient and reliable. I'm relieved to not have to continue trying out other cleaning services. I've finally found one I can trust (and that I can afford).
