Contractor skim coated bathroom on one day and skim coated the basement wall on another.  On third day, contractor sanded the bathroom wall when it was completely dry.

His pricing was very reasonable. Tim was extremely professional and very helpful. He had come to my house quite awhile ago to help me find a leak and didn't charge me for the visit. I would refer to him for any plastering or stucco needs.

We have a very high two story house and a lot of chimmney to deal with. They put up scaffolding and applied several coats then painted. It looks great..

Responsiveness was very good after initial contact in December 2010 - following acceptance of the bid, I received an e-mail letting me know that they would begin work the next day (surprising, considering it was around Christmas). Patching was done and I was told that work wouldn't commence for another couple of weeks due to holiday plans. I didn't hear anything until March 2011 when I came home from work to find the project completed (I was going to choose a different company to complete the project because I didn't think I'd hear from this one again). I then received an e-mail informing me that the project was done and the total to be paid. I understand that weather, etc., may have been a factor in the project delay but this should have been communicated to me in advance and a call or e0mail should have been made to let me know what was going on.

Tim and his team were absolutely wonderful. We self general contracted a studs out remodel of a very large 8,000 square foot home, and Tim is one of 4 sub contractors that I would whole heartedly recommend. Tim and team were extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. His team arrived when they said they would, and were very efficient with their work. They also worked very well with our window and door installers and framers. Tim was onsite for the vast majority of the project, which was extremely helpful when questions arose from our other exterior sub contractors.

Tim applied the stucco finish to the new chimney chase. I got a couple quotes and he was very competitive and prompt with his estimate. He took care to ensure I knew exactly what the finish options were and actually made samples of them for me to consider. There are several stages to applying stucco and Tim completed the whole project professionally, timely, and exactly on budget. He was very accomodating to my schedule and the other contractors. The finished product looks great. He was very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him.

Time was punctual and completed work on schedule. Between the scratch and finish coats, he was flexible with the delays from Mutual Matterials in providing the post caps. Color match and finish was perfect. He made up a sample of the first color we requested, and I'm quite happy, because on seeing it, we changed our mind!

He showed up for the job at the time agreed and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was pleasant and unobtrusive throughout the period in which he worked. The final product looked great and we were very pleased.
