Don's wife Sandy accommodated the short turnaround time without any difficulty, scheduling my first inspection for January 2 on short notice despite the holidays and scheduling my second inspection at 10:00 PM on a Sunday night. Don did a thorough job of inspecting the apartments and of answering my questions, particularly about buildings as they age. (My first offer was on a 1929 building and the second was on a 1967 building.) He tested all the fixtures and features of the condominium unit, explaining what needed attention in a very straightforward and clear way.
Hartman Home Inspections got the job done quickly: within a day after Don visited my home, I received a thorough report documenting all issues with photos and explanations. There were no surprises since Don communicated well throughout the process.
