About us
Harriott Valentine Engineers is a team of professional engineers committed to providing creative solutions to architectural and construction challenges. We approach each new project with a consistent system of rigorous design, analysis, and critical thinking grounded solidly in our experience. We have focused on residential structures since our founding in 1999, successfully completing thousands of projects, from large complex custom homes to more modest remodels. We are continually exploring the new methods and structural materials used in custom homes, including advanced framing, aluminum, stainless steel, and glass. The core of our approach to collaboration is our belief that we can reach beyond the traditional roles of structural engineering, to understand the issues of constructability and architecture, and thereby complement and support the other members of the team.
