We are a family-run small business providing junk hauling, removal of construction debris, demolition, donations and recycling for the greater Seattle area. We are a company that "Gets it gone with a smile" Being a smaller family-owned company, there is a personal touch to whatwe do. Our work speaks for itself and referrals are a cornerstone of our business. We are Certified Safe, Happy Hauler shows up to every job with better trained, more capable people. We are trained in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, and take extra precaution with dangerous environments. We donate and re-home everything we can! Either going to charities, our advocates, or to low income housing/transition housing. Delivering directly to those who have nothing.

I shopped around to try and find the best price and Happy Hauler beat the other two. They gave me a quote over the phone and picked up the next day. They coordinated the pick up when I wasn't home. I have security cameras and saw they came in worked quickly, closed the gate and left an invoice.

We had called for estimates, and a team arrived to give that. However they were also available to do the job right then- since their bid was very generous, plus a senior discount, they immediately started the work and ended by removing the stumps, which we had not bargained on. This was a marvelous help to us. The two men worked steadily until the entire job was done, then cleaned up after themselves. They were professional, polite, and a joy to work work. We asked them to return another time to take out a very large wisteria stump we have on the side of the house. we would not hesitant to use them again, and can recommend them to anyone who needs conscientious and competent help in this area.

I've used Happy Hauler for junk removal a couple of times in the past few years. They have always arrived promptly, provided an estimate, and completed the job as promised. Their prices seem reasonable and I would use them again.

I found a hauler closer to my home to use. They are the "Happy Hauler" and are located in Ballard, a neighborhood in Seattle. Timely service and did clean up work.

The crew actually got thier early and were freindly and professional.They worked safely packing the truck and managed to take all the debris,junk,used furniture in one trip.They also packed the truck to seperate recylables so it all did not go to the trash.I also like the fact that once you are an estavblished cutomer or have used them in the past they will bill you for the services and this is a good service as they do not know in advance what the dump fee will be etc.

I called and the appointment process was flawless, they gave me a date and time and then when the day came they called and told me they would be there in 20-30 minutes and then they were knocking on my door. They offered me a quote but having used them before I was sure the price was going to be in my budget. They loaded everything and even had to make two trips. The left the space and the driveway clean and it was like they were never there! Great job guys!

They left the gate open and my dog got out. I was worried to death, he finally came back after 4 hours. Also, they moved the steps from the back door and didn't put them back in place. If I hadn't looked before I went back out, I would have fallen out the door. I called the company and about a week later they apologized and said they would do something to compensate me for the trouble, but they never did. The moving and removal of the furniture was fine, but they didn't pay attention to what I told them about the gate and the stairs.

Contacted three different haulers and went with Happy Hauler because of their customer service approach. Happy Hauler was not the lowest price contractor but offered a clear explanation of known costs and a reasonable estimate of associated dump fees. They provided a lift truck for the Coke machine and a separate truck for the construction debris and patio furniture. Brad and crew showed up when they said they would, went right to work and took care of several years accumulation of "stuff" that I had been tripping over for years. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Brad, the crew leader always is on-time and calls ahead if he is going to be late or possibly early to the sites. The crew is always professional and works clean and quickly. The office staff is always responsive and everytime you call you speak to a live person, never a machine requesting that you call back or leave a message.
