Description of Work: Fixed a leaky sink and then returned to replace faucet after it was purchased. Did not charge a return fee. Very reliable, professional. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Washing machine would not drain in an old house with old plumbing. It was complicated and we were really glad we called an experienced plumber instead of a "rooter" service. This isn't the first time Hans plumbing has helped us through a crisis; they're worth waiting for.

Description of Work: Fixed outside water leak near the water meter. Jammie did a good job. After digging for 2 hours the leakage spot was found. He went picking up needed parts and materials from Home Depot. There was a 2 hour curing time after new pipe is connected in place. Jammie came back 2 hours later to wrap up the work as planned.

 + -1 moreHans was there when he said he would be. He was very professional and explained the reason for the problem so that I could easily understand. He resolved the problem after hours of hard and unpleasant work. He did an excellent job of cleaning up and putting everything as it was. I felt very comfortable and safe with him being in my home.
Description of Work: My home was built in 1940. The basement was finished by the previous owner. He did not do such a great job with the bathroom design and the plumbing. Because of this, I have had several incidents with the basement toilet backing up. It has not been a pretty site but rather gross to be honest. Hans has come to my rescue on several occasions. He has had to deal with a mess on both occasions
